Liebe Sammler,

wie hinlänglich bekannt, hat die Firma Modellbau Conrad ihre Produktion eingestellt. Glücklicherweise konnten wir einige der Urmodelle übernehmen, welche wir überarbeiten, sowie zum Teil digital ergänzen oder auch komplett neu konstruieren werden, da es uns die Chance ermöglicht, viele verschiedene Varianten in unterschiedlichen Bauzuständen anzubieten.

Es handelt sich hierbei u.a. um die Schiffe der Reederei Superfast Ferries, welche die meisten ihrer Schiffe bereits nach kürzerer Zeit wieder verkauft haben. Daraus ergibt sich die Situation, dass eine ganze Reihe dieser Fähren später in, wie wir meinen, sehr attraktiven Farben anderer Reedereien gefahren sind bzw. immer noch fahren. Über fast den ganzen Globus verteilt, ist das markante Äußere dieser Schiffe in den meisten Fällen für jeden Schiffsinteressierten leicht ersichtlich!

Da Modellbau Conrad viele dieser Schiffe bereits bei Ebay mehr oder weniger regelmäßig angeboten hatte, gehen wir davon aus, dass bei den Sammlern das Interesse an den Umbauvariante überwiegt.

Die original bei Conrad bereits erschienenen Varianten, sowie nur zweitrangig interessanten Versionen haben wir nachfolgend mit ** versehen, sie werden bei uns nur auf ausdrückliche Bestellung (nochmals) produziert, da ansonsten die ungeheure Menge an potentiellen Variante die logistischen Möglichkeiten übersteigt.

Wir möchten nun die Gelegenheit nutzen Ihnen die möglichen Varianten einmal vorzustellen, wir möchten jedoch gleich darauf hinweisen, dass bis zum Erscheinen der Modelle auf jeden Fall Geduld gefragt ist!

Zum Schluss seien noch folgende Bemerkungen gestattet:

- Wir behalten uns vor, Varianten, die nicht auf ausreichend großes Interesse von Seiten der Sammler stoßen, nicht umzusetzen, um uns auf die wesentlichen Projekte zu beschränken

- Da die Liste, wie Sie sehen, sehr, sehr umfangreich ist und auch einige Modelle aus früheren Ankündigungen bisher noch nicht erschienen sind, einmal eine prinzipielle Bemerkung zur Produktion: Modelle haben eine unterschiedliche Priorität. Dies begründet sich aus der Resonanz aus dem Kreis der Sammler, Aufträgen von Firmen und aus produktionstechnischen Schwierigkeiten oder Synergien.

Eine frühzeitige Vorbestellung der gewünschten Modelle und Varianten hilft uns also dabei, die Produktion zu strukturieren, und auf Wünsche einzugehen.

Wie üblich werden wir hier im MR mitteilen sobald es konkrete Neuigkeiten zu den Modellen gibt.

Liebe Sammler,

wir kommen zurück auf unseren letzten Beitrag.

Wie wir erfahren haben, wird die "VISBORG" (Bj. 2018) bei einem anderen namenhaften Hersteller ebenfalls erscheinen, so dass wir uns entschieden haben dieses Schiff nicht zu produzieren, um unnötige Doppelproduktionen zu vermeiden.
