Das neue “Maritime Museum of Denmark” http://www.mfs.dk/ wurde mit einem genialen Entwurf in ein Trockendock versenkt, damit die recht historischen Landschaftsaussichten nicht verbaut werden. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ouWyx54niQ

PS: Was 1:1250 Modelle betrifft, sieht man da etwa keine Ausstellung. Modelle in meiner Sammlung dieser dänischen “PILOT Miniatureskibe” und deren Verwandtschaft mit der Firma WIKING, sind bekannt. Es wäre eine echte Freude, meine PILOT Modelle ans Museum zu vermachen.

Ein Wintermorgen am Hudson River …. 130 km flussabwärts von meinem Wohnsitz und 90 km nördlich von New York City. Ein USCG Eisbrecher bei Bannerman Castle. Frachter und Tanker kommen auch im Winter bis zu uns herauf. Die erste Schleuse is 15 km weiter oben.
